Let's connect
A couple of years after my co-founder and long-time colleague resigned, I began to think intentionally about my own transition and legacy after pastoring for nearly 30 years.
One thing was clear as I embarked on that journey: I had no idea how to transition. I needed help. And so I hired a coach to guide me through the process.
When we started meeting, I assumed that our work would involve organizational succession planning. But what immediately became apparent was that the process would instead involve personal work— personal work that would not only prepare me to let go, but would also prepare me to know when to let go.

In addition to my 30 years of experience developing leaders and organizations, and accompanying people along the walk of life, I am
